Your information is used only for organising the Congress, scientific review, tracking payments, contacting you and meeting legal obligations. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in a non-reversible form, only authorised people can access the admin panel, and database access is restricted by row-level permission rules. Documents you upload (receipts, abstract files) are not public.
